Scope of Project:
The Miller Insurance Group were looking to celebrate their Centenary
year in 2002, with a total refurbishment of their existing offices, in
Jewry St, London EC3. Due to the nature of their separate business
units, storage was a major issue. Coupled with this MIG wanted to
modernise both its working environment and overall image, taking them
into their second Centenary year. The building has 9 floors and
installation of the furniture is to be phased over several months -
“floor-by-floor”. This ensures that the staff are able to continue
working in the building throughout the build programme, saving the
client additional costs of temporary office accommodation and
unnecessary “down-time”. |
