Scope of Project:

Cable & Wireless had an aim to ‘break the mould’ of the standard call centre environment. This was achieved by POS a high-tech looking system with themed break-out zones to create a more interesting and open call centre.

Cable & Wireless had high demands logistically which we met and installed 610 workstation over a 2 week period.
